Commercial High Dusting

Commercial high dusting is overhead cleaning for customer-facing buildings: retail, hospitality, offices and shopping centres. It is the work that keeps a space looking maintained above eye level, where visitors notice more than most operators expect.

Commercial High Dusting
OVERVIEW

In a commercial building, overhead dust is mostly a presentation and air quality problem rather than a fire risk. That does not make it minor. Customers see dusty pendant lights, grey ledges above display units and cobwebs in the corners of an atrium, and they read all of it as a building that is not well looked after.

Commercial environments also constrain how the work can be done. Stock and fixtures cannot be moved easily, finishes are delicate, and in most cases the space needs to reopen the next morning. Blowing dust down is not an option when it lands on merchandise or restaurant tables.

We work from the floor wherever the height allows, with the dust captured in HEPA-filtered extraction. Surfaces below are protected before we start, work zones are controlled, and most jobs run overnight or at weekends so you open as normal. Where ceilings run to atrium height, licensed operators use powered access up to 75 feet.
