High dusting and high level cleaning for this sector across Toronto, the GTA and Ontario. Ground-based reach where we can, powered access up to 75 feet where we cannot, and every pass verified on camera.

Arenas, nightclubs and entertainment venues have exposed overhead structure by design: steel, rigging, lighting trusses and large ductwork, all visible and all collecting dust. Haze machines, crowds and heavy HVAC cycling accelerate the build-up considerably compared with an ordinary commercial building.
Because the lighting is aimed upward as often as down, dust on trusses and duct runs is lit directly during events. It shows.
Access is the real constraint. Venues run events most nights, load-in and load-out occupy the days around them, and the floor is frequently full of production equipment. The working window is narrow and often overnight.
Exposed structural steel and rigging above the floor, lighting trusses and fixture housings, large-diameter ductwork, catwalks and gantries, bar service lines and overhead piping, speaker and AV mounts, and decorative ceiling features.
We work around rigging, AV and lighting equipment without disturbing it, and we do not touch production or electrical apparatus. Floor equipment is protected before we start. Work is scheduled between events and coordinated with your production and operations team, with all powered access operated by licensed personnel.
