The Challenge

Schools, colleges, healthcare support buildings, places of worship and municipal facilities share a common problem: high ceilings in gyms, atriums, stairwells and assembly halls that fall outside the regular custodial scope. Nobody owns the surfaces above about twelve feet, so nothing happens to them.

Occupancy makes scheduling difficult. These buildings are in use through the day and often into the evening, and the people underneath frequently include children, patients or vulnerable adults, which raises the bar on dust control and access safety.

Budget cycles also mean overhead cleaning tends to be deferred until a visible problem or an inspection forces it, by which point the accumulation is substantial.

Surfaces We Clean

Suspended ceiling grids in corridors and classrooms, exposed structure in gyms, pools and field houses, stairwell and atrium ceilings, ductwork and diffusers, light fixtures and their housings, sprinkler lines, and overhead services in mechanical and back of house areas.

Safety & Scheduling

Work is scheduled outside occupied hours wherever possible, typically evenings, weekends or scheduled breaks. Where areas remain in use, zones are fully barricaded and supervised. HEPA-filtered extraction keeps particulate out of occupied air, and all crews are Working at Heights trained under a site-specific hazard assessment.
