The Challenge
Modern retail design puts the ceiling on display. Exposed deck, visible ductwork, track lighting and feature bulkheads are all part of the look, which means dust on them is part of the look too. Customers register it even when they do not consciously notice it.
The constraint is that you cannot close. Stock is on the floor, fixtures cannot be moved easily, and the store has to open the next morning looking better than it did, not covered in what came off the ceiling.
Flagship and high-turnover locations also see dust return faster than most operators expect, because door traffic and HVAC cycling keep moving particulate around the space.
Surfaces We Clean
Exposed deck and structural steel above the sales floor, bulkheads and feature ceilings, suspended grid in back of house, track and pendant lighting, ceiling diffusers, sprinkler heads, and the tops of signage, display fixtures and millwork.
Safety & Scheduling
Merchandise, fixtures and display surfaces are protected before work starts, and dust is captured in HEPA-filtered vacuum extraction rather than brushed down. Most work runs overnight or before opening; where we work during trading hours, zones below are controlled and barricaded.
