As a flagship retail location, Aritzia's store needed high-ceiling and fixture cleaning completed without disrupting the shopping experience or store operations. Dust and debris accumulation on ceiling-mounted fixtures, signage, and architectural features was becoming visible to customers, and the space's finish-forward design meant any visible residue or missed detail would stand out immediately.

High Level Dusting's crew handled full high-level dusting of ceiling surfaces, light fixtures, signage, and architectural millwork throughout the retail floor. Ground-based telescopic tools reached every surface up to 40 feet without the need for ladders, lifts, or store closures, allowing the work to be scheduled around business hours.

All work was performed using ground-based access equipment, eliminating fall-from-height risk entirely for this scope. Work zones were controlled and clearly marked to protect customers and staff moving through the store during service.

Every cleaning head used on this job was camera-mounted, giving the crew a live view of ceiling surfaces and fixtures that are otherwise invisible from the floor. This meant every pass could be confirmed complete in real time, rather than relying on a visual guess from 30-plus feet below.

The result was a fully restored, dust-free ceiling and fixture finish consistent with Aritzia's brand standard, delivered without any disruption to retail operations or the customer experience.
